Kathy Barnes is a Southwest Florida native with deep roots in the Fort Myers area. Born and raised here, Kathy has spent her life getting to know the people, neighborhoods, schools, land, and lifestyle that make this community so special.
She and her husband raised their four children right here in Southwest Florida, where their family has been active in local schools, church, 4-H, barrel racing, wrestling, and community life. That personal connection gives Kathy a unique perspective when helping families, individuals, and property owners make important real estate decisions.
Kathy became a Realtor in 2020 after discovering a passion for helping friends, neighbors, and members of her church community find the right home.
